Watt for AP Defensive Player of the Year. First-place votes are worth five points, second-place votes are three and third-place votes are one. Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. won the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year award, outgaining both Jalen Carter and Kobie Turner by two first-place votes. Anderson and Stroud are the fourth teammates to win the offensive and defensive rookie awards in the same season.

Burrow threw an interception on the opening drive of the game before throwing two touchdowns late on when the match was already running away from the Bengals. Garrett celebrates after making a defensive play during the second half of the game against the Bengals. Moving to a more rushing-heavy approach paid dividends for the Browns as Chubb tore up the previously resolute Bengals defense.
